• Contact and lead forms: the name, business name, email, phone number, and message you choose to submit.
• Chat assistant: the messages you type to the on-site assistant, and any contact details you share with it so we can follow up.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider logs standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure. We don't run advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and provide the services you ask about.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website and its assistant.
• We do not sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers we rely on

To run this site we use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Netlify — website hosting and form submissions.
• Anthropic — the AI model that powers the chat assistant. Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic to generate responses.
• Google Workspace — email, where form and lead notifications arrive.

The chat assistant

The assistant answers from information we've approved. It's AI, so treat its answers as helpful guidance rather than a binding promise — anything important gets confirmed by a human. Please don't share sensitive personal information (like financial or health details) in the chat.

Retention

We keep form submissions and lead details as long as needed to respond and manage our client relationships, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices

Email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted: evan@goeswithai.com.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13; we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes
